The time has come, I'm setting the date.
Monday 8th June 2026 - The Dark Beneath Us goes live on Kickstarter.
Everything is connected (this was never just a tagline).
The Dark Beneath Us is a stand-alone prequel — which means if you’ve read Earthly Bodies, you already know where this story ends. What you don’t know is how it began.
What happened before? What was buried?
What does the land remember?
It’s set in the Peak District at the end of World War Two. There are inheritances, fungi, and a landscape that is very much alive.
The new cover of Earthly Bodies is available via the Kickstarter too.
Thank you for sticking with me. For the messages, the reviews, the photos of my book on your shelves and in your hands in places I’ve never been. For telling people.
The story isn’t finished yet. This is me asking for your support in birthing this book into the world.
